DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Diversity is about recognizing and valuing the differences among people. Equity focuses on providing fair opportunities, acknowledging that individuals have varied needs. Inclusion is about creating environments where everyone feels welcome and respected.
AI stands for artificial intelligence, which is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines or computer systems. AI can mimic human capabilities such as communication, learning, and decision-making.
Vocational education and training, abbreviated as VET, sometimes simply called vocational training, is the training in skills and teaching of knowledge related to a specific trade, occupation or vocation in which the student or employee wishes to participate.
Tourism is a social, cultural and economic phenomenon which entails the movement of people to countries or places outside their usual environment for personal or business/professional purposes. These people are called visitors (which may be either tourists or excursionists; residents or non-residents) and tourism has to do with their activities, some of which involve tourism expenditure.
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s program for education, training, youth, and sport. It provides international opportunities to participants from both formal and informal sectors, extending beyond just students.
The program enables individuals to gain valuable cross-border experience through studies, internships, and various activities. Erasmus+ also helps organizations establish European and international partnerships while promoting expertise sharing and innovation across all its focus areas.
